By enrolling in the Signature Beauty Lounge Skin Fitness Membership Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership Plans
Members may enroll in one of the following plans:
- Skin Fitness Essential: $109/month plus applicable taxes.
- Skin Fitness Premium: $159/month plus applicable taxes.
Membership fees are charged monthly in advance.
Upon enrollment, Members will select a preferred Signature Beauty Lounge location. We recommend booking your membership appointments at your selected location for the best experience. If you wish to receive services at a different location, please contact us in advance.
2. Initial Payment
Upon enrollment, the Member authorizes Signature Beauty Lounge to charge two (2) months’ membership fees, consisting of:
- The first month’s membership fee; and
- The last month’s membership fee (prepaid);
plus all applicable taxes.
The prepaid last month’s membership fee will be applied to the Member’s final month of membership, provided the Member completes the 12-month membership term in accordance with this Agreement.
Beginning the second month, the monthly membership fee, plus applicable taxes, will be automatically charged to the Member’s authorized payment method on the monthly billing date.
If the Member cancels the membership before completing the 12-month commitment, the prepaid last month’s membership fee is non-refundable and will not be applied or refunded.
3. Membership Term
Membership is a 12 month commitment beginning on the enrollment date.
After the initial 12 month term, membership will continue on a month to month basis unless cancelled with the required notice.
4. Automatic Payments
The Member authorizes Signature Beauty Lounge to automatically charge the authorized credit card or payment method each month for the applicable membership fee and taxes until the membership is cancelled.
If a payment cannot be processed, membership benefits may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.
5. Monthly Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active.
Each month, Members may redeem one (1) eligible treatment included in their selected membership plan.
Membership benefits are personal, non transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Beauty Bank (Premium Membership Only)
This benefit applies only to the Skin Fitness Premium ($159) Membership.
If the included monthly treatment is not redeemed, the monthly membership fee (excluding taxes) will automatically convert into Beauty Bank Credit.
Beauty Bank Credit:
- may be used toward eligible treatments and services;
- has no cash value;
- is non transferable;
- expires at the end of the active membership term.
7. Membership Pause
Members may pause their membership for up to three (3) months during each 12 month membership term.
- Each pause must be a minimum of one (1) month.
- Written notice must be provided at least thirty (30) days before the requested pause date.
- The membership expiry date will be extended by the approved pause period.
8. Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice.
If the Member has completed the initial 12 month agreement, the prepaid last month’s membership fee will be applied to the final month of membership.
If the Member cancels before completing the 12 month commitment:
- the membership will end after the required notice period;
- the prepaid last month’s membership fee (deposit) is non refundable and will be forfeited.
Signature Beauty Lounge reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, eligible treatments, rewards, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership due to non-payment, misuse of membership benefits, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
