There will be a deposit fee that is collected in the first month of membership at a rate of $99 plus tax as a payment for the last month payment. Therefore, you pay for the first and last month for the first payment.
You may choose to pause your membership for up to 2 months, with a minimum of 1 month for each pause.
Once you subscribe to our membership, you hereby agree to subscribe for one year. If you choose to cancel prior to the one-year cycle, you will not receive your last month deposit fee refunded as a early cancellation fee.
By clicking the “Join Now” button above, you will need to read our terms and conditions carefully, and by signing the agreement online, you hereby agree and authorize us to charge you the membership fees on a monthly basis of $99 plus tax starting the second month, and $198 plus tax for the first and last month as deposit.
The undersigned herby authorized Signature Beauty Lounge to charge his/her credit card to process a pre-authorized withdrawal for the purpose of his/her membership fees pursuant to the membership agreement. Member hereby agrees to subscribe to the monthly membership for one-year (12 months) starting from the payment date. Member acknowledges that a charge of $198 including the first and last month fees will be made as a deposit fee. Member acknowledges the monthly fee of $99 plus tax per month for the duration of the yearly cycle.Member understands that he/she has the ability to “suspend” his/her membership anytime, however, the deposit for the last month will be used as a cancellation fee and not refundable. Signature Beauty Lounge may suspend your membership status within 30 days’ notice. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Membership Agreement is not assignable or transferable by Member and no rights or privileges granted by the membership can be transferred or assigned by Member. Member agrees to keep and obey all rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by Signature Beauty Lounge. Signature beauty Lounge reserves the right to revoke a Membership Agreement if the Member fails to keep and obey any of such rules and regulations.
